Jose Armario, Group President – McDonald’s Canada and Latin America
Jose Armario was recently appointed Group President of McDonald’s Canada and Latin America. In this expanded role, Armario provides management oversight for McDonald’s Canada and Latin America, and assumes responsibility for International Franchising. Armario had been President of McDonald’s Latin America since 2003.
Previously he served as Senior Vice President and International Relationship Partner for the region. He has more than 20 years of broad international experience within the restaurant and retail industries, including work in the U.S., Latin America and Europe. Armario joined McDonald’s in 1996.
He is a director of the International Advisory Board and Presidents Council of the University of Miami; the Council of the Americas - New York; the Chicago Council on Global Affairs; the Mexican Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board's Governance Committee for USG Corporation.
Mr. Armario has a Masters Degree in Professional Management from the University of Miami.
