Ron Bailey, Jr., a "next generation" operator has 8 restaurants in the Raleigh region. Ron was encouraged to go into business by his father Ron Bailey, Sr., who owns and operates 6 restaurants in New York city. Ron has been a McDonald's Owner/Operator since 1994.
