What makes your French Fries different?

Our World Famous Fries are famous because they’re cut from specially selected high quality potato varieties grown in the United States, such as the Russet Burbank. This makes for a wonderful fry: crispy and golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside. We also cook them in a Canola blend cooking oil, which is one of the healthiest commonly used cooking oils, and provides 0 grams of trans fat per serving

What are your fries made of?

Our World Famous Fries are made from real potatoes! We use special varieties of potato, like the “Russet Burbank” which is chosen for its quality, taste and long shape when cut. Meet 100 Circle Farms, our potato supplier.

Are your French fries actually cooked at the restaurant?

Our World Famous Fries are made from premium quality potatoes selected for their quality, taste and size. Our trusted suppliers cut, lightly par-fry and freeze them before sending to the restaurants via refrigerated trucks. They are then cooked in our special Canola blend oil, so you get them crispy, hot and fresh.

How do you make your salads?

We start out with our Premium Salad Mix, which contains up to 14 different kinds of gourmet lettuce. Then, according to your request, we add meats, cheeses, grape tomatoes and other ingredients. How much fat is in your salads?

This varies considerably, depending on your choice of salad and dressing. For example, a Premium Caesar Salad (without chicken) contains 4 grams of total fat. If you add Grilled Chicken, the total fat value is 6 grams. A Premium Caesar Salad with Crispy Chicken contains 17 grams of total fat. The same applies to salad dressings. The Newman’s Own Family Recipe Italian Dressing contains 2.5 grams of total fat for a 1.5 fluid ounce serving, while Newman’s Own Ranch Dressing contains 15 grams total fat for a 2 fluid ounce serving.

Are your salads fresh?

All McDonald’s salads are assembled fresh daily in our restaurants, using a fresh mix of gourmet greens that are thoroughly washed. We never use starch or any other additives on our lettuce. Take a look at how we make the Premium Chicken Caesar Salad.

What kind of lettuce is used in your salads?

Are there any preservatives in your salads or is it just the plain veggies?
