The Arch Card is a pre-paid card that gives customers a quick and convenient way to pay at McDonald's. Arch Cards also make the perfect gift for holidays or any special occasion. Arch Cards come in denominations of $5, $10, $25, and $50. They can be purchased for the first time or reloaded later at participating McDonald's restaurants nationwide. They are also available at retailers including Safeway, Kroger, SuperValu and Ahold. McDonald’s Arch Cards never expire, and there are no penalty or dormancy fees. |
Using your Arch Card
Individual Arch Cards can be activated or reloaded at participating restaurants. Select an Arch Card design, choose the amount to initially load or reload ($5, $10, $25 or $50), up to a maximum card balance of $110. Then pay with cash or a credit/debit card. Keep your original activation and reload receipts! It’s the sure way to protect your balance and get a replacement card.
Participating McDonald’s have a card reader at every register. After your order has been totaled, simply swipe your card, or ask your McDonald’s server to do it for you. The cost of your meal will automatically deduct from your card’s balance. Your remaining balance is printed on your receipt. Use our Restaurant Locator to find your nearest McDonald's.

Lost/Damaged Arch Cards
Uh-oh. Lose your Arch Card? Not to worry: we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts; you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.
For damaged cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel and replace your card. For lost or stolen cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel your card. Then complete and send in the Lost/Stolen Arch Card Form along with your original activation receipt.
