What is the McDonald’s Arch Card?
The Arch Card is a pre-paid card that gives customers a quick and convenient way to pay at McDonald's. Arch Cards also make the perfect gift for holidays or any special occasion. They can be purchased for the first time or reloaded later in $5, $10, $25 and $50 denominations at participating McDonald's restaurants nationwide.

How do I use my card?
Participating McDonald’s have a card reader at every register.
After your order has been totaled, simply swipe your card, or ask your McDonald’s server
to do it for you. The cost of your meal will automatically deduct
from your card’s balance. Your remaining balance is printed on
your receipt.

How do I activate or reload an Arch Card at McDonald's?
Individual Arch Cards can be activated or reloaded at participating restaurants. Customers select an Arch Card design, choose the amount to initially load or reload ($5, $10, $25 or $50), then pay with cash or a credit / debit card. After payment is complete, you will receive two receipts, one is your sales receipt and the other, is your activation receipt, which is required in order to replace a lost or stolen card.

How do I check my remaining
balance or recent purchases?
There are four ways to obtain the value and/or balance remaining on
your card:
1. Check your balance online now by entering your 16 digit Arch Card account number printed on the back of your Arch Card.
2. Call the Arch Card balance and transaction hotline at 1-877-458-2200.
3. Check your receipt - your updated balance is printed each time you
use your card.
4. Visit any participating McDonald’s restaurant.

Why was my Arch Card denied?
Typically this means there is no money left
on the card. Check
your balance now or call the Arch Card balance and transaction hotline at 1-877-458-2200. Please have your card handy
as you’ll need the 16-digit number from the back.

It’s possible that you’ve forgotten

How do I replace a damaged or unreadable card?
Call 1-800-244-6227 immediately to have your card cancelled and replaced .

How do I replace a lost or stolen card?
Please call 1-800-244-6227 immediately
to deactivate your card. You should then download the Lost or Stolen Cards Form, fill it out, and mail it to the address provided on the form. You will need to include the original activation or recent reload receipt that contains the lost/stolen Arch Card 16 digit account number in order to receive a replacement card with the remaining card balance.

Can Arch Cards be used outside the U.S.?
Sorry. Arch Cards are only accepted at participating
restaurants in the U.S.

How do I reload my Arch Card?
Go to any participating McDonald’s restaurant to add increments of $5, $10,
$25 and $50 to your card, up to a maximum card balance of $110.
Choose the reload amount, then pay with cash or a credit / debit card. After payment is complete, you will receive two receipts, one is your sales receipt and the other, is your activation receipt.

Can I purchase large quantities of Arch Cards?
To purchase up to 24 Arch Cards at once, you can go to a participating McDonald’s restaurant. Visiting the restaurant during non-traditional meal hours will provide faster service when buying such a large quantity of Arch Cards. McDonald’s Arch Cards never expire, and there are no penalty or dormancy fees.

Currently, large quantities of Arch Cards (25 or more) can be purchased from the McDonald's Corporate Sales team. You can pay for your order with a credit card, company check, cashier’s check or money order. (No purchase orders are accepted). Please make your checks or money order payable to P2W, INC., NFP.
