How do I place my order through the Pick-Up Service?
Simple! You can log-in as a guest or by using your McDelivery credentials. Select the restaurant of your choice, place your order and then checkout in just a few taps.

How can I create a new account on Pick-Up Service?
To create an account, please visit McDelivery.ae and sign up. Your new credentials can be then used to log-in to the Pick-Up Service

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Just click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions. An email containing further instructions will then be sent to your registered email. Please check your 'Spam' or 'Junk’ folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

How do I select my Pick-Up restaurant?
Upon signing in as a guest or through your McDelivery account, you will be prompted with a map. Simply click on the “Locate Me” button and choose the nearest restaurant of your preference.

Why can’t I choose the nearest restaurant to me for Pick-Up Service?
Kindly note that Pick-Up Service is currently available only in select restaurants until further notice.

Can I pay for my order in cash?
A Pick-Up Service order can only be completed using your credit/debit card.

When should I collect my order after placing it?
Once your order is confirmed, we will immediately begin preparing your order and advise you to collect it at the restaurant within 5 minutes.

Can I place my order in advance?
The order in advance feature is not available on Pick-Up Service. However, with any Pick-Up order, we advise you to place your order 5 minutes before arriving to the restaurant of your choice.

Can I choose to Dine-In instead of Take-Away?
Sure! Just inform one of our staff upon collecting your order that you wish to dine-in instead and we will assist you in serving your order to your table.

How can I collect my order?
Simply present your order number to one of our staff at the front counter to collect your order. The order number can be found on the order confirmation page or order confirmation email.

I can’t find my order number, what do I do?
Do not worry! In the case that Just call our call center at 600 588885 and they will assist you with your order number.

Is it possible to collect my order at the Drive-Thru?
No, your order will only be available to collect in the restaurant at the front-counter area.

How can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that once your payment has been processed and accepted, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.
