McDonald's Saudi Arabia Launches Annual Social Responsibility Report Titled "Human Leadership and Social Responsibility for a Brighter Future"

Driven by its commitment to supporting the community and its members, and being an integral part of it, McDonald's Saudi Arabia has issued its annual social responsibility report. This report highlights all its social, charitable, and humanitarian initiatives towards the nation and its citizens for the year 2023.
McDonald's Saudi Arabia has employed, trained, and developed thousands of Saudi nationals, reinforcing its role in empowering them and supporting the Kingdom's vision for the future. The number of Saudi employees reached 4,226. The company also focused on empowering individuals with Down syndrome by employing, training, entertaining, and equipping their associations. More than 126 employees with Down syndrome were hired, and financial support amounting to 2,243,600 Saudi Riyals was provided for training programs to enhance the abilities of 350 children.
Additionally, McDonald's Saudi Arabia places significant emphasis on humanitarian and social aspects. Throughout 2023, the company organized numerous charitable events and campaigns, supporting over 100 charitable associations and centers, involving more than 6,300 children. These are just some of the many initiatives undertaken.
It is worth noting that McDonald's Saudi Arabia is wholly owned and operated by Riyadh International Catering Company, the exclusive franchisee of McDonald's restaurants in the central, eastern, and northern regions of Saudi Arabia.
