The first of its kind in the UAE, the McDonald’s Mini Crew Camp combines fun and education

DUBAI, UAE – 24 July 2019 — If you are not sure how to keep your children busy this summer, the McDonald’s Mini Crew Camp might be the solution for you. A feel-good summer program specially created for children between 5 and 10 years old, the Mini Crew Camp is designed to enhance creativity while instilling discipline amongst youth. 

In line with McDonald’s commitment to make feel-good moments accessible to everyone, the McDonald’s mini Crew Camp offers children a one of a kind opportunity to be part of the McDonald’s crew team and learn the inner workings of a McDonald’s kitchen. The summer program will not only allow children to learn how everyone’s favorite iconic products are cooked but will also encourage key values such as discipline, confidence and collaborative teamwork – all while having fun! 

Throughout the camp, attendees will learn the basics of working at a McDonald’s restaurant including on-floor training, burger and ice cream making in addition to learning the fundamentals on the importance of sharing and taking care of the environment. Creative interactive play activities such as learning the McDonald’s Action dance and designing their own Happy Meal box will also be on the program.

The McDonald’s Mini Crew Camp will be available throughout the months of July and August 2019 and will have offer one morning (11am to 1pm) and one afternoon (4pm to 6pm) session. The Mini Crew Camp will have a dedicated McDonald’s crew to take care of the children and will host a maximum of 10-15 people per session. Each iteration will run for 4 days (Sunday to Wednesday) for only 100AED.
