80% less saturated fat with our new cooking oil.

It’s true. We are using a new cooking oil. It’s a blend made from sunflower and canola, which reduces saturated fat content by 80%, while of course maintaining the same great taste that you love. We consider it our responsibility to do better, and the sunflower and canola oil adds better nutritional value to your McDonald’s favorites.

Mayo with 50% less calories.

We’ve reduced the calories in our mayonnaise with 50%. Isn’t that amazing? So now, you can enjoy the same great taste, but with a lighter mayo. We are constantly enhancing our menu, so that you can feel good about the food you eat. And with our new mayonnaise, you have more reasons to double dip.

Only 100% halal chicken meat.

What makes our chicken the best is that we only use the best parts, the chicken breast. Following halal practices, the meat is always manually deboned by our approved suppliers. After being minced and slaughtered in our delicious tempura batter, the meat is cooked in the restaurant and served to you

Beef and nothing else.

The beef in our burgers is always 100% pure and halal. The only thing we add is a dash of salt and pepper. So no additives, preservatives or anything else. Just beef as it should be.

Always farm fresh.

The vegetables in our burgers and salads are as fresh as they come. All the produce is rinsed and cleaned by our approved suppliers before being sent to the restaurants and served on your tray.

Food safety regulations differ from country to country and range from standards set by local government authorities to international regulatory bodies such as the World Health Organization. 100% Pure Halal Beef

At McDonald’s Saudi Arabia, we use 100% pure halal beef, free from preservatives, additives and artificial flavours, sourced from trusted, approved suppliers and packaged in McDonald’s-approved facilities. In addition to the checks carried out before the beef reaches these facilities, our suppliers conduct further quality checks on every shipment. We grill our beef on both sides until fully cooked, without adding fats or oils, maintaining the specified temperature throughout cooking so you can enjoy its flavour with confidence.

Our chicken at McDonald’s Saudi Arabia is made from 100% halal chicken breast, sourced from trusted, approved suppliers. We care about its quality and safety at every step, from the farm to our restaurants, with multiple tests during production and preparation to ensure its safety. Our Famous Fries

Our famous fries at McDonald’s Saudi Arabia are made from high-quality, 100% natural potatoes, grown especially for McDonald’s restaurants and carefully selected by our approved suppliers. We fry them in 100% non-hydrogenated vegetable oil to bring you the distinctive flavour you love.

Dairy Products

McDonald’s cheese, McFlurry and Sundae ice cream are made from high-quality fresh milk and sourced from trusted, approved suppliers. Quality control measures apply throughout the supply chain, from fresh milk through processing and transportation, to ensure the highest quality in the finished product.

Our Bread

Our bread at McDonald’s Saudi Arabia is made using high-quality wheat at the bakeries of our trusted partner, Al Rashed Food. Our partnership began in 1993 with a single production line serving our first restaurant. As this partnership grew, Al Rashed expanded to five production lines, producing around 1.5 billion buns annually, with more than 300 million supplied to McDonald’s restaurants across the Kingdom. Throughout this journey, we have taken pride in our partner’s commitment to quality standards and our partnership’s contribution to developing Saudi talent.
