In Riyadh and Al-Qassim, restaurant designs draw inspiration from the Najdi architectural style, bringing to life the timeless beauty of Najd through carefully curated details that merge tradition with contemporary architecture. In Al-Ahsa, the design aligns with the distinctive character of the oasis landscape, capturing a unique blend of natural beauty and historical influence. With a modern approach, the restaurant reflects Al-Ahsa’s rich architectural heritage while creating a balanced and welcoming environment for guests.

This initiative represents a major milestone in McDonald’s global presence, with the brand operating in more than 110 countries worldwide. For the first time, a local franchisee has been enabled to implement bold architectural concepts that are entirely distinct from McDonald’s standardized global restaurant formats, introducing a comprehensive local design direction across a full market.
