Abdulmajid began his journey at McDonald’s in 2016 as a Crew Member at one of our branches. In 2018, he was selected for the Tomooh Program, graduating successfully in 2020 and being promoted to Restaurant Manager, taking full responsibility for his branch. Continuing his success, he was promoted in 2022 to Operations Consultant, overseeing branches in Dammam. In 2023, due to his experience and ongoing achievements, he was appointed as the Saudi Talent Acquisition Manager, becoming a key part of shaping the company’s future.

Hamoud joined McDonald’s in 2020 as a Trainee Restaurant Manager through the Tomooh Program, demonstrating strong commitment and dedication. After completing his training, he graduated in 2022 as a Restaurant Manager, fully prepared to lead his restaurant and team efficiently. In 2024, thanks to his outstanding performance, he was promoted to Operations Consultant and entrusted with managing several branches in Riyadh, becoming a key contributor to restaurant operations.

Kanan began her career in 2020 as a Crew Member at the Palestine branch in Jeddah, demonstrating exceptional commitment and excellence from the start.

In 2021, she was promoted to Crew Trainer, then to Shift Leader, and continued her rise to become Assistant Manager in 2023, followed by Senior Assistant Manager. She is now the Branch Manager at Burj Ali Reza in Jeddah.

Throughout her career, Kanan has received multiple awards in recognition of her efforts. Her determination to deliver excellence makes her a role model within the McDonald’s team.

Dania began her career in 2018 as a Customer Service Supervisor, distinguished by her passion for learning and development.

During her tenure, she received several awards in recognition of her outstanding performance and contributions, which led to her promotion as Housing Coordinator in 2023. Today, Dania’s story is a testament to her dedication and ambition, serving as an inspiration to her colleagues.

Ziyad Hamad AlBatti began his journey with McDonald’s in 2020 as a Crew Member at the Al Dahi branch in Qassim and he was quickly promoted in 2021 to Shift Manager at the Okaz branch in Riyadh. Thanks to his dedication and ambition, he moved to Head Office in 2022 as a Marketing Specialist, contributing to the development of marketing strategies until mid-2023, when he became a Menu Management Consultant.

Today, at the start of 2025, Ziyad serves as the Menu Management Manager at McDonald’s Saudi Arabia. His passion for growth continues, with a vision to build a strong and exemplary structure in the world of business and management.

Faisal began his journey with us in 2016 as a Crew Member at one of our restaurants. Throughout his experience, he stood out for his passion and determination, developing his skills and demonstrating strong leadership, taking on various managerial and leadership roles within the Operations Department. Today, Faisal works as a Recruitment Consultant, inspiring others with his story that proves the power of hard work and ambition.

Tariq Obeid began his career in 2018 when he joined us as a Crew Member. Thanks to his dedication and hard work, he was promoted to Crew Trainer, then Second Assistant Manager, and later First Assistant Manager. Tariq’s ambition did not stop there. His outstanding performance earned him a nomination to Head Office, where he received a new promotion as Coordinator in the Assets and Inventory Department.

Abdullah AlRajih began his journey with McDonald’s in 2016 as a Delivery Crew Member, but he didn’t stop there. In 2019, he was promoted to Receptionist at Head Office, and in 2021, he advanced to Human Resources Business Partner Specialist. Thanks to his ambition and excellence, he reached the position of Human Resources Consultant in 2024, serving as a remarkable example that ambition shapes an outstanding professional future.

Omar AlMadeed began his journey with McDonald’s in 2019 as a Trainee in the Ambitious Program under the role of Restaurant Manager in Training. After a year of dedication, he was appointed Restaurant Manager in 2020. Thanks to his passion and commitment, he was promoted in 2024 to Training, Development, and Operations Support Consultant.
