Making online payment via the MyMacca's app is safe and secure.

What forms of payment are available?

You can register your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay to the MyMacca's app.

How do I add a form of payment to the MyMacca's app?

1. Open the MyMacca's app and on the home screen, press 'More'.

2. Select 'Profile', then 'Payment Methods' and 'Add Payment Method'.

3. Enter your card details in the relevant areas, press 'Finish'.

Now your payment details have been saved, you will be able to checkout at the touch of a button.

Is payment instant?

Payment will not be authorised until you Check-In at the restaurant you're picking up your order from. Once you have Checked-In, the app displays a 'Processing Payment' message to confirm this. You will then receive an email receipt of your order upon successful completion of your order and transaction.
