Q: Why can’t I order McDelivery via the MyMaccas App?

A:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of the MyMacca’s app installed. Once you’re in, just tap ‘Order’ on the bottom menu bar, and toggle from ‘Pick up’ to ‘McDelivery’.
  2. It may be because McDelivery is not yet available to deliver to the address input. If it is not yet available at your desired delivery address you may still order McDelivery via: Uber Eats, Menulog and DoorDash.
