McDonald’s Oman is owned and operated by Al Jazira Restaurants Development Company SPC, a company committed to contributing to the nation’s growth and prosperity.
Our business model is centered on sustainable expansion—bringing with it the continuous creation of jobs for Omani youths, investments, and development opportunities that benefit the local economy.
We actively contribute to the community through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, partnering with organizations such as the Ministry of Social Development, Al Rahma Charity, and Nida Al Khair. Economically, we are proud to work closely with local vendors to support them in becoming approved suppliers.
Today, McDonald’s Oman directly and indirectly employs over 300 Omanis and provides training to more than 500 young Omanis each year. Over 80% of our supply is sourced from within Oman and the wider GCC region—further reinforcing our commitment to regional development.
Our mission is simple: to run excellent restaurants and serve our customers with the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness—every single time.
McDonald’s Oman is a brand for everyone. We are a local business with no political or religious affiliations, proudly serving communities across the Sultanate.
Community involvement is undoubtedly an essential and key constituent of our philosophy that we adhere to. No efforts or resources are spared in our community involvement and social responsibility.
Our community activities in the Oman are through sponsorship and strategic alliances or through our own campaigns and initiatives.
