McDonald’s KSA Launches 2026 Charity Campaign to Empower 265 Children with Down Syndrome Under the Theme "Your Support Completes Their Story"
17.02.2026
McDonald’s KSA has announced the launch of its annual charity campaign in conjunction with the Holy Month of Ramadan. This year’s initiative aims to support and empower 265 children with Down Syndrome through a unique program that blends culture with humanitarian action under the slogan "Your Support Completes Their Story."
The campaign is being implemented in partnership with three leading charitable organizations specializing in the care of children with Down Syndrome: Saut Down Syndrome Charitable Society, DSCA (Down Syndrome Charitable Association), and Efaa Care for People with Disabilities. Together, they aim to fund six specialized rehabilitation programs designed to develop children’s skills, enhance their independence, and support their integration into society.
The proceeds from the sale of educational stories will be dedicated to supporting these three organizations. The distribution of support includes:
- DSCA: Funding the "Linguistic and Functional Efficiency" programs for 60 beneficiaries.
- Saut Down Syndrome Charitable Society: Funding the "Self-Help" and "Reading and Writing" programs for 143 beneficiaries.
- Efaa Charitable Society: Funding the "Madarik" and "Maharah" programs for 59 beneficiaries.
These specialized programs are scheduled to run from September 2026 through June 2027. The initiative aims to sell 200,000 educational stories at 10 SAR each, with 100% of the proceeds going directly toward these programs. Customers can also contribute by donating their loyalty points via the McDonald's App.
This campaign falls under McDonald’s KSA’s social responsibility platform, "One of You" reaffirming the company’s commitment to creating a sustainable impact within the community. It is an open invitation for everyone to help write a new chapter of hope in the lives of these children.
