In the presence of His Highness Prince Mishaal bin Khalid Al Saud, President of Riyadh International Food Company and Deputy Director of Human Resources and Social Development, Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abu Thanain, 12 Saudi Store managers representing the fourth, fifth, and sixth batches of the "Tomooh" program have graduated, bringing the number of Saudi Store managers who have graduated from this program so far to 23, who currently carry out their duties as restaurant managers.
The "Tomooh" program was launched four years ago, to go with the McDonald's initiative to train and empower young university graduates or those who are about to graduate and qualify them to become branch managers within 18 months.
Many success stories of the ambitious graduates, and how they were able to prove their abilities and challenge difficulties to reach their goals, were presented and applauded during the ceremony.
The graduates also thanked the company and praised the support they received during the program period, which enabled them to pass the training successfully.
His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Abu Thanain extended his thanks and appreciation to McDonald’s for their efforts and initiatives, which seek to support and prepare national candidates and competencies through qualifying and training the Saudi youth and providing them with the necessary expertise to enter the labor market.
