Determination to the Top

Launched in 2022, the Himmah Program gives young Saudis the opportunity for promotion and career development by training and preparing Crew Members to become Shift Managers in just six months. The program covers leadership, management, safety, service quality, sales analysis, and work organization. To date, 507 trainees have joined the program, with 356 graduating as Shift Managers, ready to lead and make a difference on the ground.

Himmah Program

We are proud to celebrate the graduation of 53 Saudi male and female employees from batches 17 and 18 of the Himmah Program, bringing the total number of graduates since its launch in 2022 to 304.

This achievement reflects McDonald’s Saudi Arabia’s continued investment in developing national talent and equipping employees with the skills and experience needed to grow and progress in their careers, as part of the initiatives highlighted through the One of You platform.
