Launched in 2022, the Hemmah Program gives young Saudis the opportunity for promotion and career development by training and preparing Crew Members to become Shift Managers in just six months. The program covers leadership, management, safety, service quality, sales analysis, and work organization. To date, 507 trainees have joined the program, with 356 graduating as Shift Managers, ready to lead and make a difference on the ground.
