Tamouh Program

We launched the Tomooh Program in 2018, targeting recent graduates or those about to graduate, and it aims to create a transformative path for Saudi employees to become Branch Managers within 18 months. The program provides extensive experience, including the development of leadership, management, financial, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as English language proficiency. The experience gained by tomooh participants is equivalent to that of business professionals managing a medium-sized company.

Since its launch, the program has included over 500 young Saudis, with 123 graduates successfully becoming Branch Managers.

McDonald’s Saudi Arabia celebrated the graduation of 12 Saudi employees from batches 22, 23, and 24 of the Tamouh Program, bringing the total number of graduates since its launch in 2018 to 95.

This achievement marks another step in McDonald’s Saudi Arabia’s journey to develop national talent and prepare employees for leadership and managerial roles through clear training and career development pathways, as part of the initiatives highlighted through the One of You platform.
