Tomooh Program

We launched the Tomooh Program in 2018, targeting recent graduates or those about to graduate, and it aims to create a transformative path for Saudi employees to become Branch Managers within 18 months. The program provides extensive experience, including the development of leadership, management, financial, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as English language proficiency. The experience gained by tomooh participants is equivalent to that of business professionals managing a medium-sized company.

Since its launch, the program has included over 500 young Saudis, with 123 graduates successfully becoming Branch Managers.
