The Journey from Talent to Leadership

In line with our commitment to providing training opportunities and our role as a leading destination for ambitious Saudi talent, the Kafou Program was developed to prepare Saudi employees in non-managerial positions over a 10-month period and equip them to join the Leaders Program, the next stage in our development plan. The Qadah Program focuses on preparing trained and responsible Saudi Restaurant Managers over 26 months. By the end of 2026, we aim to graduate 30 certified leaders, meeting global standards and achieving equal representation for both genders.
