The Waad Program was launched in January 2023 and runs until June 2025 as a national training initiative aimed at enhancing private sector investment in Saudi talent and developing their skills to meet future needs. Supported by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the program has successfully provided over 36,000 training opportunities to date. These opportunities have empowered young Saudis with practical experience and modern knowledge, preparing them for success and strengthening their contribution to the growth of the national economy.
