Sudhakar Moka’s journey begins with his father’s move to the UAE in 1994, for a job at McDonald's UAE. As a child, Sudhakar was fascinated by his father’s stories, creating a vivid image of the UAE as a land of possibilities. When he finally visited the UAE, he remembers enjoying his first McDonald’s milkshake – which is a memory he cherishes to this day.

Years later, Sudhakar moved to the UAE permanently in 2009, where he has grown both personally and professionally. Over the past 15 years, he has seen the country evolve – as he himself has evolved into a more confident, dedicated individual. He takes pride in prioritizing his family and friends, embodying the same values of kindness and commitment he sees in the UAE.

Today Sudhakar continues to create memories with his own family. And now, as a regional area manager overseeing 40 McCafé outlets, his story is a testament to the UAE’s spirit of growth and possibility. But with the surname Moka… perhaps he was destined to work with coffee anyway?
