McDonald’s™ “Winnerverse”
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("RULES")
1. PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES
The McDonald’s “Winnerverse” promotion, 2025 (the Promotion) will be conducted on the McDonald’s App, only applicable for United Arab Emirates.
The Winnerverse is a promotional campaign organized and operated by McDonald’s UAE – Emirates Fast Food L.L.C (the promoter)
The campaign runs for four (4) weeks, from September 29 to October 26, 2025, offering participants the chance to unlock daily deals and enter a prize draw to win “1 Year of Free McDonald’s.”
2. PARTICIPANTS
The Promotion is:
a) Open to all residents of the United Arab Emirates who are 18 years or older.
b) Provided they are registered users of the McDonald’s App and enrolled in the MyM Rewards program.
Any inability to furnish a copy of the relevant document to satisfy condition (a) above may disqualify an otherwise valid Participant from redeeming his or her Prize.
3. PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS
The following are not eligible to participate: (i) any persons who, on or after
1 January 2017, were or are directors, officers or employees of McDonald’s UAE[Ma1] (Emirates Fast Food Company L.L.C) , McDonald’s GCC Co-Op Inc. or any company responsible for redemption of prizes for the Promotion and their respective parent companies, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or service agencies, and those companies retained in any way by McDonald’s for the administration of the Promotion, (ii) any company that buys and/or delivers McDonald’s products on behalf of McDonald’s customers, (iii) any other persons involved in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Promotion, (iv) persons who are immediate family members (defined as spouse or biological or adoptive or step – mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent) of, or reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories, or otherwise restricted as required by law, (v) any person acting on behalf of a syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert, and (vi) any person entering via an agent or using the services of an organization which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions.
To participate in the Promotion, you must be an adult of majority age and be legally able to give consent (in each case based on applicable laws of your jurisdiction), on or before the date you attempt to redeem a Prize. If you are under the age of majority or are otherwise required to obtain permission of your legal guardian in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must give their consent for you to participate. However, redemption of a Prize is strictly limited to Participants who are the age of majority or over in their jurisdiction and the restrictions set out in these Rules.
4. How to Participate
Winnerverse will run exclusively on the McDonald’s App where customers can win daily prizes and enter a raffle draw. Prizes include:
- Daily Food Deals- Participants’ can unlock and win exclusive food offers every day.
- ‘Participants’ can get Raffle entries for “Free McDonald’s for a Year”. Four (4) Winners will receive one meal per day for 365 days.
- Other partner prizes include:
- Geekay – 100 Experience Points
- StarzOn – 1-month free subscription
- Anghami – 1-month free subscription
- TripAdvisor – 10% discount voucher
- At the end of the campaign, all the raffle entries will enter a random digital draw that will take place on October 30.
- The draw will take place in the presence of a municipality representative.
- Four (4) winners will each win “Free McDonald’s for a Year.”
5. Grand Prize – Free McDonald’s For a Year
- Each winner will receive one (1) free regular-sized Extra Value Meal per day for 365 consecutive days.
- Redemption is valid in-store only via the McDonald’s App (Rewards section). Meals cannot be accumulated.
- Rewards will appear in the winner’s App account from November 15, 2025.
Eligible menu items include:
Big Mac, Big Tasty, Big Tasty Mushroom, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe, Chicken Mac, McChicken, Spicy McChicken, McArabia Griiled Chicken, Grand Chicken, Grand Chicken Spicy, Spicy Crunchy Grand Chicken, Chicken McNuggets (6 or 9 pcs.), Chicken Tenders (3 or 5 pcs.),Double Cheeseburger, Fillet-O-Fish, Veggie Deluxe, McCrispy, Spicy McCrispy, McCrispy Deluxe.
6. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted via their McDonald’s App registered contact details within 7 days of draw.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 business days, McDonald’s UAE reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- By participating in this competition, the participant automatically allows McDonald’s UAE the right to publish their name on McDonald’s UAE social media platforms, website and App.
7. Grand Prize Terms
- Valid only for registered McDonald’s App users.
- Valid during regular menu hours (11:00 AM – 05:00 AM; subject to restaurant operating hours and availability; hours may differ during Ramadan).
- Not valid with any other offers or discounts.
- Valid across all UAE branches excluding Airport stores, Dubai Parks & Resorts, and Kidzania.
- Not valid on Delivery on the McDonald’s App, Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Keeta, Careem, Etisalat Smiles).
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and can’t be transferable to any other account , and is nonrefundable.
- The prize can be used one time per day and is valid for a single transaction only.
- The prize can’t be accumulated or extended if not utilized.
- The prize can’t be modified and changed.
- The prize is valid only in the UAE.
- The winner is entitled to receive one free meal per day for 365 days in the above mentioned timings, and if not redeemed during the day, the offer will be void for that day.
- No physical vouchers will replace the prize.
- Each Prize is exclusive to the Participant and is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.
8. Fair Play & Disqualification
- Any cheating, use of bots, manipulation, or exploitation of the game will result in immediate disqualification.
- McDonald’s UAE reserves the right to verify the validity of all scores and participants.
9. General Conditions
- McDonald’s UAE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign or its mechanics at any time without prior notice.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by McDonald’s UAE.
- Winners may be required to participate in promotional activity and content for marketing purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
McDonald’s UAE is not responsible for technical issues, app downtime, internet connectivity problems, or any error that may prevent participation or prize delivery.

12. RESPONSIBILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) the Promoter, Prize Partner, its agents, subcontractors, or any third parties shall not be liable for:(i) the accuracy or otherwise of the Prize description or illustration, (ii) the non-availability, loss, interception or interference with, late receipt or damage of or to any prize claim, prize or notification or other communication, (iii) (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded by the Promoter) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a prize, or (iv) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which Participants may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize, (save to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility in these Rules for the same), or (v) all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to a person’s participation in the Promotion, or arising out of a person’s participation in any Promotion related activity, or their receipt, use or misuse of any prize that may be awarded to them.
All Prizes remain the property of the Promoter, pending redemption by Participants and the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed prizes as they deem appropriate or as required by law.
For any prize which must be claimed by the winner’s parent / legal guardian, the Promoter will not be obliged to award it to anyone other than that parent/legal guardian, if the winner is less than the age of majority in their respective country. The Promoter may also withhold that award should the Promoter determine in its sole discretion that a dispute may have arisen as between the winner and the parent / legal guardian in relation to the Prize. The Promoter is not liable or responsible to verify the identity of the parent or legal guardian.
The submission of prize claims is the sole responsibility of the Participant. Any tax liability or life, health, travel, accident or other insurance (unless stated) associated with any prize is payable by the Participant and is their sole responsibility.
13. THE PROMOTER’S RIGHTS
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right and at any time at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason or notice, to vary, modify, or amend the terms of these Rules in such manner as the Promoter thinks fit. Any changes will be communicated on the website www.mcdonalds.com or the McDonald’s App and all participants in the Promotion shall be deemed to have accepted such amended or modified terms by their ongoing participation in the Promotion.
In the event of any discrepancy between any printed Rules, short guides, declarations, or between the English and Arabic versions, the English Rules as communicated on the website will prevail.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may (i) extend any time limit or waive any of these Rules where a person might otherwise have been disqualified (without obliging the Promoter to relax these Rules on any further occasion for that entrant or at all for any other person), (ii) terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time due to supervening circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, or (ii) substitute the Prize deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any Prizes (or any part of the Prize). The Promoter’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Rules shall be final and binding.
Anghami Plus Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Customers can redeem their Anghami Plus vouchers by visiting www.anghami.com/redeem, entering the voucher code on the payment page, and accepting the Anghami Terms of Use.
2. Once registration is complete, customers will have access to Anghami Plus for the subscription period specified in the voucher.
3. All customer data, including names and emails collected during the sign-up process, will remain the sole property of Anghami and cannot be used by the Service Provider for other purposes.
4. Anghami retains the right to market and sell Anghami Plus subscriptions, and all subscribers will be managed solely by Anghami under its subscription agreement.
5. The Voucher Code cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless otherwise specified.
