McDONALD’S UK LAUNCHES FIRST EVER SET OF ICONIC CARDS

From iconic plushies and merchandise, to glasses and memorable childhood favourite toys, McDonald’s has been at the heart of collector culture for decades.

Over the years, collector fans have hunted down everything from retro McDonald’s memorabilia to FRIENDS and A Minecraft Movie collectables, and Mis-Matched Grinch x McDonald’s Socks.

After years in the making, McDonald’s UK is levelling up its monumental line-up with its latest launch: a one-of-a-kind, pack-fresh set of 24 iconic cards in the new McDonald’s UK CARDS promotion. Adding to the anticipation, the promotion also marks the return of the beloved Ronald McDonald, in a standout card that is sure to thrill fans, alongside the chance for customers to win a range of exciting prizes.

From Tuesday, 17^th March, McDonald’s UK customers can get their hands on these iconic sets of cards as part of a new game from the McDonald’s universe.

This weekend saw McDonald’s give card-collecting enthusiasts at the London Card Show an exclusive sneak peek at some of the CARDS featured in this year’s promotion. Now in its 19^th edition, the London Card Show is Europe’s largest card show, welcoming over 10,000 card fans and counting.

Eager fans were granted early access to CARDS featuring famous McDonald’s icons, alongside other legendary brand characters and fan-favourite menu items, with attendees excited to catch a first glimpse of the collection.

And while McDonald’s shared a first look, the brand is keeping a few cards close to its chest, with plenty more still to come. So, keep your eyes peeled…
