MORE ICONS FROM AROUND THE WORLD HAVE BEEN HEISTED BY McDONALD’S UK & IRELAND

• McDonald’s has done it again… FOUR NEW menu items have been heisted from around the globe and are landing in UK & Ireland on Tuesday, 20^th October.
• The line-up includes McExtreme® from Spain, Twix® White Salted Caramel McFlurry® from Germany and Peach x Sprite® Zero from Singapore.
•  PLUS, for the first time ever, McDonald’s will also be bringing Chicken McWings® to its menus heisted from China.

Did you think McDonald’s was done heisting menu items from around the world? Think again! Having heisted nine global taste sensations in September, a further four fan favourites will be hitting McDonald’s restaurants from Tuesday, 20^th October.

And the most exciting menu item to have been snuck in?? The wait is finally over as McDonald’s is finally launching Chicken McWings® in the UK for the first time ever!!  Enjoyed as either a side or main, the newest addition is sure to be a winner… winner, chicken dinner! Chicken connoisseurs won’t be disappointed:

In addition to Chicken McWings®, McExtreme® has been heisted from Spain, the ultimate burger for beef lovers. Peach x Sprite® Zero is the latest addition to the refreshing McCafe® menu and bursting with flavour. Those with a sweet tooth can also indulge in the Twix® White Salted Caramel McFlurry® from Germany.

THE MAIN GOODS 🍗

Chicken McWings® - from China

Succulent chicken wings with a crisp bite. Available as a 3-piece side, a 5-piece main meal or to share as a 10-piece, which is exclusively available on the McDonald’s app. Mission Im-peck-able!

The McExtreme® – from Spain

Two 100% British & Irish beef patties layered with bacon, crispy onions, cheese slices and a creamy baconnaise sauce, all served in a toasted glazed sesame seed bun. Big on beef, big on flavour! 

THE SWEET SCORE 🍦

Twix® White Salted Caramel McFlurry® - from Germany

Soft dairy ice cream swirled with Twix® White Salted Caramel Mix and topped with salted caramel sauce. Two classics, one irresistible treat.

THE LIQUID LOOT 🥤

Peach x Sprite® Zero – from Singapore 

A refreshing mix of Sprite® Zero with a peach flavoured syrup, served over ice. Customers will be peachy keen to get their hands on this one and word on the street is, it might just stick around a little longer!

STILL UP FOR GRABS 

Chicken & Egg McMuffin® – from Singapore

Crispy coated chicken, egg, cool mayo and a cheese slice, all served in a toasted English muffin. Singapore’s contribution to the heist gives the classic McDonald’s breakfast an unexpected chicken upgrade.

Chicken & Bacon McMuffin® – from Australia

Or if no breakfast is complete without bacon, why not try this breakfast must-have instead? Crispy coated chicken, bacon, cool mayo, and a cheese slice in a toasted English muffin: your ultimate undercover breakfast secret agent.

Paprika McShaker® Fries – from The Netherlands

McDonald’s iconic Fries get the McShaker® treatment, served with a smoky paprika seasoning sachet and shaker bag. Simply tip in the seasoning, shake it up and enjoy a bold, irresistibly moreish paprika flavour in every bite.

Mac & Cheese Triangles – from the UAE

Following its hugely successful appearance in last year’s World Menu Heist, the Mac & Cheese Triangles are back. Crispy golden triangles of macaroni pasta filled with a rich gouda cheese sauce and served with a classic Tomato Ketchup dip; they bring serious comfort-food credentials to the line-up.

S’mores McFlurry® – from Canada

Soft dairy ice cream swirled with marshmallows & biscuit crumb and topped with chocolate sauce. A seriously sweet scoop worth stealing. 

Szechuan Sauce – from China

A sweet and savoury Asian-inspired sauce with a mild Szechuan pepper heat, perfect for dipping, dunking and adding an extra hit of flavour to your order.

All good things must come to an end. After yet another round of successful menu heists, Big Rösti, Maple & Cheddar Chicken, Guava x Sprite® Zero will soon be making their way back to their respective countries of origin. So, enjoy whilst you can!
