本聲明內容，僅適用於本應用程式(APP)。

個人資料蒐集、處理、利用、傳輸及揭露之目的：063/非公務機關依法定義務所進行個人資料之蒐集處理及利用、067/信用卡、現金卡、轉帳卡或電子票證業務、069/契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務、072/政令宣導、081/個人資料之合法交易業務、090/消費者、客戶管理與服務、104/帳務管理及債權交易業務、129/會計與相關服務、135/資（通）訊服務、136/資（通）訊與資料庫管理、137/資通安全與管理、148/網路購物及其他電子商務服務、152/廣告或商業行為管理、153/影視、音樂與媒體管理、157/調查、統計與研究分析、181/其他經營合於營業登記項目或組織章程所定之業務。

個人資料之類別

個人資料蒐集、處理、利用、傳輸及揭露之類別：姓名、手機號碼、電子郵件信箱、出生年月、性別。

個人資料利用之期間、對象、地區及方式

（一）期間：自您提供個人資料之日起至上述特定目的的存續期間、您行使個人權利要求停止利用、法令要求停止利用或我們停止提供服務之日為止。

（二）地區：中華民國境內、歐洲地區、美國及紐西蘭（含國際傳輸） 。

（三）對象：麥當勞全球總部、受麥當勞全球總部或我們委託、有合作或業務往來之關係企業及合作廠商。

（四）方式：以自動化機器或其他非自動化方式於本條款之蒐集目的範圍內蒐集、處理及利用您所提供的個人資料。

個人資料當事人得行使之權利及方式

您得行使個人資料保護法第三條規定之請求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本，或補充、更正或請求停止蒐集、處理、利用或刪除所提供之個人資料全部或一部等權利，行使方式依法令及本公司相關規定辦理。欲行使當事人權利，請聯繫我們的客服部門。聯繫方式如下:

Entities

The entities of collecting, processing, using, transmitting and disclosing the Personal Data: Prospect Hospitality Co., Ltd., the developmental licensee of McDonald's Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”).

Scope

This Notice only applies to this APP.

Purposes

Personal Data may be collected, processed, used, transmitted and disclosed for the following purposes: 063 Non-government agency collect or process personal information under legal obligations; 067 Credit card, cash card, debit card or electronic value-stored card business; 069 Contract, contract-like or other legal relation matters; 072 Policy propaganda; 081 Legal transaction business for personal data; 090 Consumer, Customer Management and Service; 104 Account management and debt trading business; 129 Accounting and related Services; 135 Information (Communication) Services; 136 Information (Communication) and database Management; 137 Information and Communication Security and Management; 148 Internet shopping and other electronic commerce services; 152 Advertisement or commercial behavior administration; 153 Movie, television, music and media administration; 157 Investigation, statistics and research analysis; 181 Other business operation in accordance with the business registration project or organization prospectus.

Types

Types of Personal Data which may be collected, processed, used, transmitted and disclosed are as follows: name; cell phone number; e-mail address; date of birth; gender.

Period, Areas, Recipients and Methods of which the Personal Data is used

1.      Period: The Personal Data may be used from the date you provide to us until the date of the relevant purpose described above ceasing to be applicable, the date of you or the applicable laws and regulations require us to cease using such Personal Data, or the date we cease to provide service.

2.      Areas: The Personal Data may be used in Taiwan (R.O.C) , European region, the US and New Zealand (including cross-border transfer).

3.      Recipients: The Personal Data may be disclosed to and used by McDonald's Corporation, any institution is affiliated with, is commissioned to, or cooperates to promote business with we or McDonald's Corporation.

4.      Methods: Personal Data may be collected, processed, used by any automatic or non-automatic manners.

You may exercise the following rights of article 3 of the “Personal Data Protection Act” according to relevant laws and our internal regulations with regard to the whole or the part of the Personal Data: to make an inquiry of and to review of; to request a copy of; to supplement or correct; to demand the cessation of the collection, processing, use or delete of Personal Data.
