Gareth was promoted to Vice President, Operations North in May 2017 and has responsibility for all restaurants in the northern region and Republic of Ireland including franchised operations.
Joining the business in 1992 Gareth worked in a number of roles throughout restaurant operations in the Northern region including Director of Franchising.
In 2014 he was appointed to the position of Head of Franchising where he played a significant role in leading our franchising strategy, growing the franchised estate across the business and taking responsibility for the recruitment of new Franchisees.
Most recently Gareth was Director of National Operations where he had responsibility for National Operations, Restaurant Services and Safety, Security & Licensing.
Gareth’s favourite McDonald’s menu item is a Double Cheeseburger.
