How much notice is required for booking parties?

A: McDonald’s requires at least 14 days to book a party online at www.mcdonalds.com.au/parties

If you would like to book a party in less than 14 days, please contact Customer Service, on 02 9875 7100. Customer service hours operating are:

• Mon – Fri: 8am-5:30pm Syd time
• Sat & Sun: 9am- 6pm Syd time

Please note: It’s up to the individual restaurant to allow party bookings with less than 14 days’ notice.
