When does the restaurant start preparing my order? 

Your order will start being prepared shortly after it's placed and paid for on the website. If you've selected the pickup please make sure you're ready to collect it as soon as you submit your order. When you arrive, head to the collection area to pick it up. 

McDelivery® is available through the MyMacca’s® app, Uber Eats, and DoorDash depending on your location. To check availability in the MyMacca’s® app, log in, go to Order, switch from Pickup to McDelivery®, and enter your delivery address. The app will notify you if McDelivery® is available to you.

Menu availability depends on your nearest restaurant. To see what you can order, open the MyMacca’s app and switch to McDelivery, or check the McDonald’s menu in Uber Eats or DoorDash by entering your address.
