Reward Voucher – Terms & Conditions
1. The Reward
The Reward comprises one (1) free session, valued at up to $17.50 (Reward e-voucher). The Reward entitles the holder to one (1) session (adult or child), as specified, at a participating venue.
2. Claiming the Reward
To claim the Reward, customers must enter their unique code and any required personal information via the promotional website or app and select a participating venue or business. The Reward e-voucher will be delivered to the customer’s nominated email address within 24 hours.
Claims close at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 March 2027. The Reward is available to be claimed online only. Any costs associated with accessing the website or app are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Redeeming the Reward
The Reward e-voucher must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided. Some venues or businesses may accept digital display, while others may require a printed copy. Identification may be required.
Reward e-vouchers are valid only at the participating venue or business specified and must not be copied, altered or reproduced. Additional conditions may apply and will be specified on the e-voucher.
4. Validity and Availability
Reward e-vouchers are valid for one (1) use until 31 March 2027 (unless otherwise stated).
Redemption is subject to availability and may be limited during peak periods, including public and school holidays. Participating venues or businesses may impose limits on daily redemptions and may withdraw from the promotion once allocation limits are reached.
5. Usage Restrictions
Only one (1) Reward e-voucher may be redeemed per group, per venue or business, at a time.
Reward e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
6. General Conditions
Reward e-vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Reward e-vouchers must be used before the stated expiry date and will not be extended or replaced if unused.
Possession of a Reward e-voucher does not guarantee entry. All redemptions are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the participating venue or business, including any age, height or safety requirements.
7. Liability
The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, agents and contractors are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Reward e-vouchers.
To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred in connection with the Reward or its redemption. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Third Party Providers
Participating venues and businesses are independent third parties. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or availability of the goods or services supplied and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers.
Any disputes in relation to the Reward must be resolved directly with the participating venue or business.
9. Administration
The Reward is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, vary or substitute the Reward with a reward of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to administer this Reward and may disclose it to third parties, including service providers and regulatory authorities. Redemption is conditional on providing this information.
