Adam Cooper is Chief Technology Officer at McDonald’s Canada, responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of technology initiatives that enhance the customer experience, streamline restaurant operations, and empower employees through innovative digital solutions.
Since joining McDonald’s Canada over a decade ago, Adam has held progressively senior roles across the organization, consistently driving innovation and transformation. His leadership is defined by a thoughtful and courageous approach, with a strong focus on team and talent development.
Prior to McDonald’s, Adam held leadership roles in product management, innovation, and digital strategy at Canadian Tire and BMO, where he helped shape customer-centric solutions across retail and financial services.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys travelling with his wife and three children, embracing opportunities to explore diverse cultures. He is also actively engaged in his community, serving as the manager of his son’s hockey team, where he brings the same leadership, collaboration, and commitment to excellence that define his professional career.
