1. Order ahead in the app

Download the app, select your restaurant, and place your order. You'll earn 100 points for every $1 you spend on all eligible food and drink purchases, including Deals and Bonuses.

We'll start preparing your order as you get close, so it's fresh on arrival.

pick up point

Table service orders are delivered straight to the table number you enter in the app. For front counter pickup, simply head to the Mobile Order Pickup point when you arrive.

Order Ahead is available at participating McDonald's restaurants. Check the MyMacca's app or website to see if it's available at your preferred restaurant.

Yes. Order Ahead is available through the MyMacca's app and exclusive to MyMacca's® members.  Download and sign up to the MyMacca's app today! 

Yes. Eligible Order Ahead purchases made through the MyMacca's app can earn points. Get 100 points for every $1 you spend on all eligible food and drink purchases, including Deals and Bonuses.

You can't change your order once it's been submitted, but you may be able to cancel it through the app before it's prepared. If you've selected the wrong restaurant, the app will guide you to the correct location and also provides the option to cancel your order.

Yes, if you're ordering through the MyMacca's app. Location Services help the app identify your selected restaurant and prepare your order as you approach. If you're ordering via the web, Location Services are not required.

No. Order Ahead is designed for orders you're collecting in restaurant, at the front counter, via table service, or through Drive Thru. McDelivery® orders are placed separately. Find out more here.
