McDonald's Canada teams up with the Toronto Raptors for a new slam-dunk menu item

Ontarians can enjoy the Raptor Chicken Nacho Poutine at participating restaurants for a limited time only
McDonald's Canada, in partnership with the Toronto Raptors, is excited to announce the launch of our newest menu item, the Raptor Chicken Nacho Poutine - a delicious twist on our classic poutine. This new offering is made with 100% Canadian-raised seasoned chicken, our World Famous Fries™ layered with stringy cheese curds and savoury gravy, topped with tortilla strips and drizzled with nacho cheese sauce. This mouth-watering side is available exclusively in Ontario restaurants, and it's sure to satisfy the hungriest of fans.
"Ontarians have shown us their love for our poutine, and we’re thrilled to introduce a new poutine just for them," says Jeff Anderson, Senior Manager of Culinary Innovation at McDonald’s Canada. “With the Raptor Chicken Nacho Poutine, we have reimagined this Canadian classic with a nacho-inspired twist to capture the flavours and excitement of experiencing a Raptors game and to give fans a courtside experience in-restaurant and at home.”

Returning Favourites
The Beyond The Arch® program is back with a fresh twist to celebrate the Raptors 30th anniversary! This season, we wanted fans to enjoy even more of Beyond The Arch so when the Raptors score 10 or more 3-pointers in a game, fans can redeem an exclusive offer in the McDonald’s app the day after the game* - 10 x 3's was only fitting for the Raptors big 3 0. The promotion will feature deals on beloved menu items including the return of our FREE Medium Fries with a minimum $3 pre-tax purchase.
“McDonald’s has been a proud partner of the Toronto Raptors since 2018 and we wanted to celebrate their 30 anniversary with a special season of Beyond The Arch,” Melissa Hains, Marketing Director at McDonald’s Canada. “To celebrate this milestone, fans will have the chance to redeem a special offer after the Raptors score 10 threes exclusively on the McDonald’s app. This deal includes the return of our MVP, our World Famous Fries, as well as offers for other fan-favourite items that our guests can enjoy.”
In addition, we’re proud to share the Power of 3’s initiative is returning for its third season. For every regular season 3-pointer hit by a Toronto Raptor, by a youth athlete on a 2024-25 Ontario Basketball League team U14 and up, or by a fan who plays on the Beyond The Arch mobile game on the Raptors app, or by community members at local events, will result in a donation of $133 to MLSE Foundation’s Change the Game, with the goal of raising $200,000 by the end of the 2024-25 season^. Because more kids playing is a win for everyone.
