Erin Moore

Chief People Officer

Erin Moore started her career at McDonald’s Canada 25 years ago as a crew member in Ottawa, Ontario, and has worked across multiple business functions since then, including human resources, operations and field service.

During her time with McDonald’s Canada, Erin has worked closely with franchisees to accelerate their business, supported the development of the standalone McCafé business and spearheaded recovery efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the health and safety of our restaurant teams.  Most recently, Erin served as the National Director of Human Resources, during which time she played an instrumental role elevating the employee experience alongside our franchisees to bring staffing levels to record highs.

As CPO, Erin works with leaders from across the Canadian business, including our independent franchisees, to ensure we keep people at the heart of everything we do. She develops and implements holistic strategies that uphold a safe, flexible and inclusive workplace for everyone, accelerate growth and deliver on McDonald’s purpose to feed and foster communities.

Erin has a B.A. in Economics from Carleton University.  She is a proud AtoMc hockey coach, and lives near Guelph with her husband and two children.
