McDonald’s is partnering with Snapchat to offer eligible MyMcDonald’s Rewards members 1 month of Snapchat+  in exchange for 2,000 MyMcDonald’s Rewards points.

What do I get with this reward?

You’ll receive 1 month of Snapchat+ which is a premium subscription that unlocks exclusive features like custom app themes and chat colours as well as the ability to pin a best friend as your #1. 

 After the month, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

How many points do I need to redeem this offer?

You need 2,000 MyMcDonald’s Rewards points to claim the reward in the McDonald’s app.

When can I claim the Snapchat+ code?

28^th April – 28^th July in the McDonalds app. Once you redeem the reward in the app, you’ll receive a unique digital code.

When can I redeem my code on Snapchat?

Code redemption period on Snapchat- 28^th April – 28^th September 2026. You must redeem your code before it expires.

What is the final date I can redeem my code?

The final redemption date is 28^th September, which is 90 days after the last day of the promotion.

Who is eligible for this offer?

Will I be charged after the first month?

Yes. After the month ends, Snapchat+ will automatically renew at the standard subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

How do I cancel my Snapchat+ subscription?

You can cancel at any time through your Snapchat account settings before the end of the month to avoid being charged.

What happens if the codes run out?

If all available codes have been claimed, the reward will no longer be available in the McDonald’s app.

Can I use more than one code?

You’ll need a Snapchat account to redeem the code. If you don’t already have the app, you can download it for free from your device’s app store.

Can I redeem this offer if I’ve had Snapchat+ before?

No. This offer is only available to new Snapchat+ subscribers. If you’ve previously had a Snapchat+ subscription, you won’t be eligible.

Why is a credit card required?

Can I pause or extend the subscription using points?

No. The subscription from points is for one month only and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.  It will automatically renew using your card payment details at the end of the first month.

Can I share my code with someone else?

No. Codes are unique, single‑use, and non‑transferable. Once redeemed, they’re locked to the Snapchat account used.

What happens if my code expires?

Expired codes cannot be reissued or replaced. Please make sure to redeem your code before the final redemption date.

Can I use this offer alongside other Snapchat promotions?

This offer can’t be combined with any other Snapchat+ trials or promotional offers.

Is this reward available in all locations?

This offer is available to eligible McDonald’s app users in participating regions, subject to Snapchat account eligibility.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Charges will only apply if you don’t cancel before the month ends.

What happens to my MyMcDonald’s Rewards points after redemption?
