Are all the eggs you use free range?

All of the eggs on our menu - even those we use in coatings and dressings - are free-range. (In fact, we were one of the first companies to make this commitment and we're proud to have been awarded the Good Egg Award from Compassion in World Farming for Europe-wide action on cage-free eggs). In addition, all of the eggs we use on our breakfast menu conform to the Lion Quality Code of Practice or equivalent.
