Of course. Our food is cooked and prepared following the strictest hygiene and food handling practices, and our staff are trained to follow these practices from day one. All our cooked meat, egg and vegetable products are handled using dedicated colour-coded utensils to avoid cross-contamination from one food type to another. We also ensure that all restaurant staff handling or preparing food wash their hands at least every 30 minutes.
