How does McDonald's cater for non-English speaking people from different cultures?

We like to think there is a McDonald's for everyone so it doesn't matter where people are from, just that we provide great tasting food in a fun and friendly environment. McDonald's in the U.K. employs people from all over the world; our staff are required to speak a good level of English and are faced with all sorts of cultures and languages each and every day.
