Is your meat washed in ammonia?

No. We have never used ammonia or ammonium hydroxide in our burgers in the U.K. All of our burgers are made from 100% beef from British and Irish farms. We only use whole cuts of forequarter and flank which are then minced, shaped into patties and frozen with nothing added or taken away during the process. We just add a pinch of salt and pepper after cooking.
