What are your hygiene and cleanliness policies?

When it comes to priorities in our restaurants, food hygiene and safety are right at the top of the list. It's absolutely vital that all our employees adhere to our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness when working, as well as looking smart and being tidy. We have a number of policies in place, such as ensuring that uniforms are kept clean at all times, crew members and managers working in the kitchen keep their hair under the hat and away from the face, styled or tied back, and that all food handlers wash their hands with an antimicrobial soap at least every 30 minutes.
