What do McDonald's class as full time and part time hours?

We would consider full time to be from 21 - 35 hours per week and part time would be anything up to 20 hours per week. However, one of the things that our employees love about working for McDonald's is the flexibility that we offer to all. During each person's application process, we ask them how many hours and which days they are available to work, so we can take on the right balance of full and part time employees.

We understand that our people have varied lives and different responsibilities outside of work; and try to offer our employees flexible working patterns dependent on studying needs, caring responsibilities or other outside commitments.
