What does a Crew Trainer do?

Our Crew Trainers play an incredibly important role within McDonald's. Becoming a Crew Trainer is the next step up from Crew Member. Our Crew Trainers are responsible for training our Crew Members for their day-to-day work serving customers, preparing food, keeping our restaurants and kitchens clean and tidy and working well as part of a team. As part of their role, they support Crew Members skills and offer them extra help with any tasks they may have problems with.
