What is the difference between a crew member and a member of staff?

May 21, 2018

A staff member is a generic term for an employee, depending on the context, this term could refer to any number of roles within our business. A crew member is the typical entry level position in our restaurants and has three main responsibilities: Customer Service, Food Preparation and Cleanliness and Hygiene. You can find more information here on the different positions we have in our U.K. restaurants.
