Why did you stop offering free tea and coffee refills?

In 2006 we took the decision to replace the filter coffee machines in our restaurants with new machines which serve Rainforest Alliance full bean coffee, freshly ground for every cup. This meant that we were no longer able to offer refills of filter coffee, so instead, we introduced a loyalty card featured on all of our new hot cups. Each cup features a sticker, and when the customer collects six stickers, they are entitled to a free regular hot drink..
