What are the dates of the Friends Prize Draw Promotion?
The McDonald’s Friends Prize Draw opens at 11:00am 3rd February 2026. You will have until 23:59 on 10th March 2026 to purchase a qualifying Friends meal, and the final prize draw entry registration closes at 17:00pm on 11th March 2026.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Who can enter the Friends Prize Draw?
To enter the prize draw, you must purchase the qualifying Friends Meal to receive the link to enter the prize draw via email. You must be aged 18 or over and accepted the promotional Terms and Conditions. UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands residents only. You must be signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards and remain opted in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards marketing communications until 23:59 10th March 2026. No employees of McDonald’s or any of McDonald’s promotional partners or agencies or a family member of any such employee are able to enter the prize draw.
WHAT YOU NEED TO ENTER
Do I have to make a purchase to enter the Friends Meal Prize Draw?
Yes! Customers must purchase at least 1x Friends Meal during the promotion (via kiosk or the McDonald’s (UK) app) (with your MyMcDonald’s Rewards code presented at point of purchase) to qualify to enter the Friends Prize Draw. For every purchase following the first entry & accepting terms and conditions, customers will be entered into the prize draw automatically. Please ensure that you have entered your email address that you are signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards with for your prize draw entries to count. Customers are limited to x1 entry, per day.
Do I need to be signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards?
Yes, you must be signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards to receive your link to enter and remain signed up for your prize draw entry to be valid. Only entries made after the date you sign up will be counted, and you must be signed up by 10th March 2026 23:59 to participate. If you opt out of MyMcDonald’s Rewards at any point during the promotion, any prize draw entries associated with your account will become invalid.
HOW TO ENTER
How do I enter the Friends Prize Draw?
Between 11:00am 3rd February 2026 and 23:59 10th March 2026, purchase the Friends Meal via the McDonald’s App, kiosk, counter or drive-thru (with your MyMcDonald’s Rewards code presented at point of purchase). Following your purchase, you will receive an email inviting you to enter the Prize Draw. Complete the online entry form via the link sent to the email address you signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards with. You will need to provide your full name, postal address and mobile phone number, and accept the Terms before the closing date.

How many times do I need to submit a Prize Draw entry form?
You will only need to fill in the prize draw entry form once even if you receive multiple emails. When you have completed the prize draw form once and submitted it, for every future purchase of the Friends Meal you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Please note, there’s a limit of 1 entry, per day.
How many times can I enter the Prize Draw?

PRIZES
What prizes are available in the McDonald’s Friends Meal Prize Draw?
Each winner will receive a set of four limited-edition Friends mugs. There are 1,300 sets available to be won.
How are winners selected?
Winners are selected at random under independent supervision and notified via email.
When will I find out if I’ve won a set of four limited-edition Friends mugs?
If you are a winner, you will be contacted via email by 23:59 on 23rd March 2026.
What should I do if don’t receive my prize within 30 days?
If you are a winner and have not received your prize after 30 days of receiving the winner’s email, contact us via the email address provided in your winner’s email.
What if my entry is invalid?
There are a number of reasons your entry could be invalid such as you have already entered that day, or you haven’t purchased a qualifying Friends Meal. If you think this could be a mistake, please reach out to https://customerservices.mcdonalds.co.uk/hc/en-gb.
MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES
What should I do if my prize arrives damaged?
If your prize has arrived damaged, please contact the email address provided on the comp slip included with your prize. The team will then arrange delivery for the replacement item. This is subject to availability.
Are there any costs involved in receiving the prizes?
Any taxes, fees, or other costs including travel/expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, except as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
Can the prizes be exchanged for cash or transferred?
No. There is no cash alternative, and prizes are not transferable. McDonald's may substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the prizes.
Can the prizes be returned?
Prizes cannot be returned.
What should I do if my contact information changes after entering?
Please ensure the provided contact information remains accessible throughout the Prize Draw period as it will not be possible to update or amend personal information after submitting your order.
What if there are technical issues with my entry?
McDonald’s are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, or late entries due to technical reasons or otherwise. Please ensure you enter before the deadline to avoid issues and missing out on your chance to win!
