McDonald's App (UK): [March 2023 Birthday Surprise] - 10% off food and drink items offer - Terms and Conditions
1. Offer: Enter your date of birth (month and year) via the McDonald's DOB capture webpage found in the ['March 2023 Birthday Surprise'] email between 21th March 2023 and 4th April 2023 ('DOB Period') and get 10% off food and drink items purchased in a single transaction using the McDonald's app (UK) between 00:00 and 23:59 (inclusive) on the date this offer appears in the 'Rewards and Offers' section of the McDonald's app (UK) following submission of your date of birth during the DOB Period for a period of 7 days ('Promotion Period').
2. Eligibility. To be eligible to receive this Offer, you must:
a. be 18 years old or over;
b. have provided an email address along with your date of birth which matches a registered and opted-in MMR email address;
c. have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's app (UK); and
d. have this Offer in the "Rewards and Offers" section of the McDonald’s app (UK).
3. Offers are not automatically added to your order. To redeem this Offer you must have submitted your date of birth during the DOB Period and during the Promotion Period:
a. order via the 'Rewards and Offers' section of the McDonald's app (UK) by clicking on the button describing this Offer in that section, adding the Offer to your order and placing your order on the McDonald’s app (UK) at a Participating Restaurant, following which the order should be collected or delivered the same day from that Participating Restaurant;
b. scan the QR code or enter the 4-digit code for the Offer set out in the 'Rewards and Offers' section of the McDonald's app (UK), at the kiosk or front counter at a Participating Restaurant prior to making payment; or
c. say the 4-digit code for the Offer at the Drive-thru post at a Participating Restaurant.
4. Discount does not apply to delivery fees. Delivery fees apply to delivery orders. This Offer is not valid for an order being delivered or made via a third party's app or website.
5. Serving times apply and this Offer is subject to each Participating Restaurant's opening hours.
6. This Offer is one-time use per customer only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This Offer does not apply to any other McDonald's orders which are made on the same day that this Offer is used for which full payment will be required.
7. Use at a Drive-thru. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving.
