McDonald's Customer Service £2.50 Off Digital Voucher Terms and Conditions

1.       To be eligible to receive this offer (an "Eligible Customer"), you must:

a.       be 16 years old or over; and 

b.       have downloaded, registered, and signed-in via, the My McDonald's app; and

c.       have this offer in the 'Deals' section of your My McDonald's app.

2.       Offer comprises of £2.50 off one order when spending £2.50 or more on the My McDonald's app or in a participating UK restaurant before the expiry date and time stated on the voucher. To redeem this offer the Eligible Customer must either:

a.       order from a participating UK restaurant via the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's app by clicking on the button describing this offer in that section and adding it to the ”bag” on the My McDonald's App prior to payment (following which the order is to be collected on the same day); or

b.       scan the QR code for this offer at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or

c.       enter the 12 digit alphanumeric code on the voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or

d.       present the QR code or 12 digit alphanumeric code on the voucher to a crew member at the front counter or Drive Thru payment window at a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment and requesting a crew member scans or enters that code at a till.  

3.       This condition applies in respect of Drive Thru only. All customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If an Eligible Customer elects to redeem this offer at the Drive Thru post by: (a) presenting to a member of staff the QR code; or (b) telling them the 12 digit code, which, in each case, is on the Eligible Customer’s mobile phone, the Eligible Customer must stop their vehicle, switch off their engine and then proceed to show the QR code or provide the 12 digit code.

4.       This offer may only be used for orders being collected from a participating UK restaurant. This offer cannot be used for McDelivery orders or orders made via a third-party app.

5.       This offer is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

6.       Minimum spend of the voucher value required. No cash or other alternative is available. Non-transferable. Your usual data charges apply.
