McDonald's Customer Service £2.50 Off Voucher Terms and Conditions
McDonald’s reserves the right to amend, update or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time.
1. To be eligible to receive this offer, you must be 16 years old or over and received an email containing this offer together with a QR and alphanumeric code (an "Eligible Customer").
2. Offer comprises of £2.50 off one order when spending £2.50 or more in a participating UK restaurant before the expiry date and time stated on the voucher. To redeem this offer the Eligible Customer must either:
a. scan the QR code for this offer at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or
b. enter the digit alphanumeric code on the voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or
c. present the QR code or digit alphanumeric code on the voucher to a crew member at the front counter or Drive Thru payment window at a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment and requesting a crew member scans or enters that code at a till.
3. This condition applies in respect of Drive Thru only. All customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If an Eligible Customer elects to redeem this offer at the Drive Thru post by: (a) presenting to a member of staff the QR code; or (b) telling them the digit code, which, in each case, is on the Eligible Customer’s mobile phone, the Eligible Customer must stop their vehicle, switch off their engine and then proceed to show the QR code or provide the digit code.
4. This offer may only be used for orders being collected from a participating UK restaurant. This offer cannot be used for McDelivery orders or orders made via an app or online.
5. This offer is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6. Minimum spend of the voucher value required. No cash or other alternative is available. Non-transferable. Your usual data charges apply.
7. McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already received this offer and McDonald's decision is final.
