McDonald's Customer Service Medium Meal Voucher Terms and Conditions
McDonald’s reserves the right to amend, update or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time.
1. To be eligible to receive this offer, you must be 18 years old or over and received an email containing this offer together with a QR and alphanumeric code (an "Eligible Customer").
2. Offer comprises of one free medium sized meal (as described at paragraph 11). It may be redeemed at a participating UK restaurant (please see below), before the expiry date and time stated on the voucher. To redeem this offer, the Eligible Customer must either:
a. scan the QR code or manually enter the alphanumeric code for this voucher into the McDonald’s UK app by clicking ‘more’ and then selecting ‘scan vouchers’ and redeem the voucher using the McDonald’s UK app; or
b. present the QR code or alphanumeric code on the voucher to a crew member at the front counter or Drive Thru payment window at a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment and requesting a crew member scans or enters that code at a till.
3. This condition applies in respect of Drive Thru only. All customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If an Eligible Customer elects to redeem this offer at the Drive Thru post by: (a) presenting to a member of staff the QR code; or (b) telling them the alphanumeric code, which, in each case, is on the Eligible Customer’s mobile phone, the Eligible Customer must stop their vehicle, switch off their engine and then proceed to show the QR code or provide the alphanumeric code.
4..This offer may only be used for orders being collected or delivered from a participating UK restaurant, including McDelivery orders when ordered via the McDonald’s UK app only. This offer cannot be used for orders made via a digital kiosk or orders being delivered or made via a third party’s app or website. Delivery fees apply to delivery orders (if applicable).
5. This offer is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6. No minimum spend of the voucher value required. No cash or other alternative is available. Non-transferable. Your usual data charges apply.

8. Vouchers may not be copied, shared, sold or used by anyone other than the original recipient. McDonald’s reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or reject any voucher at any time in its sole discretion. McDonald's decision is final.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The sides available as part of a medium size meal comprise a hash brown, a medium fries, a side salad, or a fruit or veg bag. The drink available as part of a medium size meal is one medium sized McCafé® hot drink or one medium sized cold drink excluding Irn Bru, milkshakes (which may be added at an extra cost not covered by thisoffer) and McCafé® iced drinks (may be added at extra cost not covered by thisoffer).
