McDonald's Customer Service Medium Meal Voucher Terms and Conditions
McDonald’s reserves the right to amend, update or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time.
1. Voucher comprises of one free medium size meal (as described at clause 12). It may be redeemed at a participating UK restaurant (please see below).
2. To be eligible to use this voucher, you must:
a. be 18 years old or over; and
b. have received an email from McDonald’s Customer Services containing this offer together with a QR or alphanumeric code.
3. This voucher is only valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher.
4. To redeem this voucher you must either:
a. scan the QR code for this voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or
b. enter the digit alphanumeric code on the voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or
c. if using at Drive-thru, present the QR code or digit alphanumeric code on the voucher to a crew member at the front counter or Drive-thru payment window at a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment.
5. Serving times apply (breakfast and main menu). Subject to each participating McDonald’s restaurant opening hours.
6. This voucher is only valid on an order made in-restaurant at the front counter or digital kiosk, or at Drive-thru. It is not valid on any order made via any app or online platform.
7. Use at Drive-thru. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If a customer elects to redeem this offer at the Drive Thru post by: (a) presenting to a member of staff the QR code; or (b) telling a member of staff the digit alphanumeric code, which, in each case, is on the customer’s mobile phone, the Customer must stop their vehicle, switch off their engine and then proceed to show the QR code or provide the digit alphanumeric code.
8. This voucher is one-time use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
9. No cash or other alternative is available. The voucher is non-transferable.
10. McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already redeemed this voucher and McDonald's decision is final.
11. Menu items are subject to availability. Participating McDonald's restaurants only. This offer is not available at the following restaurants:

Sugar Tax may be payable on certain drinks.
