McDonald's Customer Service Medium Meal Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Voucher comprises of one free medium size meal (as described at clause 12). It may be redeemed at a participating UK restaurant (please see below).
2. To be eligible to use this voucher, you must:
a. be 18 years old or over; and
b. have received an email from McDonald’s Customer Services containing this offer together with a QR or alphanumeric code.
3. This voucher is only valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher. If this voucher is scanned into the McDonald’s UK app as described in clause 4a. below, the expiry date stated on the original voucher will remain the same.
4. To redeem this voucher you must either:
a. scan the QR code or manually enter the 12 digit alphanumeric code for this voucher into the McDonald’s UK app by clicking ‘more’ and then selecting ‘scan vouchers’ and redeem the voucher using the McDonald’s UK app. If redeemed in this way:
i. the McDonald’s terms and conditions for a digital Customer Services voucher shall apply in lieu of these terms and conditions please see https://www.mcdonalds.com/gb/en-gb/terms-and-conditions/medium-meal-voucher.html for these terms and conditions); and
ii. you must redeem the voucher using the McDonald’s UK app and can no longer redeem the voucher outside of the McDonald’s UK app;
b. scan the QR code for this voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or
c. enter the 12 digit alphanumeric code on the voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or
d. if using at Drive-thru, present the QR code or 12 digit alphanumeric code on the voucher to a crew member at the front counter or Drive-thru payment window at a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment.
5. Serving times apply (breakfast and main menu). Subject to each participating McDonald’s restaurant opening hours.
6. This voucher is only valid on an order made in-restaurant at the front counter or digital kiosk, or at Drive-thru. It is not valid on any order made via any app or online platform.
7. Use at Drive-thru. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If you are presenting the voucher code on your phone at Drive-thru, please ensure your vehicle is stationary and your engine is switched off before handling your phone.
8. This voucher is one-time use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
9. No cash or other alternative is available. The voucher is non-transferable.
10. McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already redeemed this voucher and McDonald's decision is final.
11. Menu items are subject to availability. Participating McDonald's restaurants only. This offer is not available at the following restaurants:
