These are the terms and conditions for the McDonald’s Fun Football x FIFATM Football Promotion (the “Promotion”) (the “Terms”).
1. Rules: Entry/claim instructions for the Promotion are deemed to form part of these Terms, although these Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials, for the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion you, the participant, agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy of these Terms for your information.
2. Promoter: McDonald's Restaurants Ltd, 11-59 High Road, East Finchley, London, N2 8AW.
3. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales) residents aged 18 or over, who book a McDonald’s Fun Football Session which takes place in the United Kingdom between 6th June 2026 and 19th July 2026 (each an “Eligible Fun Football Session”). Anyone who is directly connected with the planning or administration of the Promotion is not eligible to enter or redeem a prize.
4. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens 6th June 2026 - 31st July 2026 (“Closing Date”).
5. Entry Restrictions: Internet access and an email account are required for entry. Participants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any Internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
6. How to enter
a. Book an Eligible Fun Football Session via the McDonald’s Fun Football Website (LINK) and opt-in to this Promotion at the point of booking;
b. If you opt-in and book an Eligible Fun Football Session, you will be sent an email to the email address you used when booking the Eligible Fun Football Session with a link to fill in a redemption form (a “Redemption Form”) (the “Redemption Email”).
7. How to redeem a Prize
a. To redeem a Prize, an entrant who has validly entered the Promotion and directly received a Redemption Email (a “Valid Entrant”) must complete the Redemption Form by filling in the requested details and submitting the Redemption Form. The details submitted in the Redemption Form must match the details provided at the point of booking the Eligible Fun Football Session;
b. To redeem a prize, a Valid Entrant must submit the Redemption Form by no later than 23:59pm on 31st July 2026 (the “Last Redemption Date”) for the entrant to be able to redeem a Prize.
8. Entry and Redemption Rules
a. Only 1 entry and 1 redemption per eligible child. If you attempt to enter and / or redeem more than once per child, only the first entry and redemption for the child will be counted.
b. Only entries and redemptions which complete the actions in paragraphs 6 and 7 above will be eligible for redemption of the prize.
c. Please note that this is not a competition and entries are not judged.
d. The redemption route will be deactivated after the Last Redemption Date. Anyone who has entered but not yet completed their Redemption Form by the Last Redemption Date will no longer be able to redeem the Prize.
e. The Redemption Email will include a single-use link to a Redemption Form. Please DO NOT share this link, the Redemption Form, or the Redemption Email with anyone else as they may be able to complete the form and Redeem the Prize. McDonald’s is not responsible for an entrant’s inability to redeem a Prize which has been reasonably caused, in McDonald’s sole reasonable opinion, by the entrant’s sharing of the Redemption Email, Redemption Form, or any link contained therein.
f. McDonald’s shall have the right to disqualify any entrant (and void any of their entries) which McDonald’s, in its sole discretion, suspects has shared their Redemption email, Redemption Form, or any link contained therein with anyone else.
g. Proof of attending an Eligible Fun Football Session will not be accepted as proof of booking an Eligible Fun Football Session or proof of entry into the Promotion. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
h. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple Instagram accounts; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that participant's or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
8. Prize:
a. The Prize consists of either 1 x McDonald’s x FIFA football (size 1) (First Prize) or 1 x McDonald’s Fun Football ball (size 1) (Second Prize) (each a “Prize”).
b. The Prizes will be awarded as follows:
The first 7,000 entrants to redeem a Prize will receive the First Prize. Should more than 7,000 Prizes be redeemed, each entrant who redeems a Prize subsequently (but before the Last Redemption Date) will receive the Second Prize.
c. Each Prize is fixed and dependant on time of redemption. Entrants are not able to choose between the First Prize and the Second Prize.
d. There is no cash alternative to the Prize stated and the Prize must be accepted by the named winners. Prize cannot be transferred to anyone else.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
f. Maximum of 1 prize per eligible child.
g. For the avoidance of doubt, McDonald’s shall have no obligation to award any prizes beyond those that have been redeemed before the Last Redemption Date.
9. Redemption Confirmation
a. Valid Entrants who successfully redeem a Prize before the Last Redemption Date will receive an email confirming that they have successfully redeemed the Prize and that a Prize will be sent to the address provided (“Confirmation Email”).
b. Please check your email inbox and spam / junk folders.
10. Prize Fulfilment
a. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the Confirmation Email to the address provided in the Redemption Form.
b. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when submitting the Redemption Form in order for their Prize claim to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
c. Whilst the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to ensure that its obligations relating to meeting specific timeframes for winner notification/prize fulfilment are met, the Promoter shall not be liable in any way for its inability to meet these timeframes.
General:
11. Where the Promoter suspects that an individual has breached these terms and conditions, it reserves the right to verify the winner and ask for any information which it may reasonably require to verify the winner, including without limitation, proof of identity, age and address and that they are the person associated with the winning notification.
12. Details are collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion only. Winner details will be passed onto a third party for prize fulfilment and winner notification only and will not be used for any other purpose. 13. The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing mcdonalds@loveprizes.co.uk [FT1] within 1 month of the Closing Date. Participants may request their surname and county is not published in the event they win by emailing mcdonalds@loveprizes.co.uk before the Closing Date. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the winners to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
14. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Football Association or FIFA. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any Football Association or FIFA and you fully release any Football Association and FIFA from all liability arising out of the Promotion.
15. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties if the failure to deliver our obligations is outside our reasonable control. However, if this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption non-availability, loss or late receipt of any prize-notification or prize-claim or a prize lost, delayed or damaged in transit or not received for any other reason outside the Promoter’s control.
17. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting the prize. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
