1. Eligibility: To be eligible to receive this offer, you must:

(a) be 18 years old or over; 

(b) be a UK resident; 

(c) have completed the Food for Thoughts Survey at www.mcdfoodforthoughts.com within 60 days of receiving a receipt containing the Food for Thoughts survey participation code; and

(d) have received an email voucher from McDonald’s with a 12 or 16 digit alphanumeric participation code (a “Voucher”), (an "Eligible Customer").

2. Offer: Six Chicken McNuggets® or one Big Mac® or Filet-o-Fish® or, McChicken® Sandwich or Quarter Pounder with Cheese® or McPlant® with either one medium Fries or one Side Salad for £2.99

3. Validity: The offer may only be used once per Eligible Customer and must be redeemed by the expiry date specified on the Voucher.

4. To redeem the offer, each Eligible Customer must either:

(a) enter the 12 or 16 digit alphanumeric participation code on the Voucher at a digital kiosk;

(b) present the 12 or 16 digit alphanumeric participation code on the Voucher to a crew member and request that a crew member enters that code at a till; or

(c) enter the 16 digit alphanumeric participation code on the Voucher in the McDonald's mobile app.

6. This offer is one-time use per Eligible Customer only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This offer does not apply to any other McDonald's items which may be ordered for which full payment will be required.
